On weekdays, a small Opti Class sails from the North side of the South Pier and used the tent on the South Pier during most lunch hours and for a sailing school debrief around 4 pm each day.

Boats under 10' are allowed to tie-up on the south side of the South Pier between the rip-rap and the floating dock only.
