• Entry for one boat at no charge to the race
• Fifteen tickets and complimentary cocktails to post-race social
• Event apparel for four

HOPE SPONSOR

• Sponsor will be named on all marketing materials and website
• Sponsor signage at post-race social
• Ten tickets to post-race social
• Event apparel for two

FREEDOM SPONSOR

• Sponsor will be named on all marketing materials and website
• Sponsor signage at post-race social
• Five tickets to post-race social
• Event apparel for one

INDUSTRY SPONSOR

Provided for smaller businesses who wish to support the event.

• Signage at event tent
• Recognition on website and in marketing materials

IN-KIND SPONSOR: Based on value or goods or services

• Recognition at event functions and in marketing materials.

OVERALL GOALS for FUNDING

Establish a fund to ensure that the event can continue uninterrupted with basic costs covered. Each year, additional sponsors will be recruited from the local and northeast region. Any funds remaining after the event to be held in an escrow account for future events.

CHARITABLE GIVING GOALS

The aim is for the event to continue to support three charities each year with a priority on current and local needs, while still leaving an option for support of national or international need. All funds will be directed to 501(c) 3 organizations.
