To make it easier for you we have created this one form for you to register all of your children regardless of whether they are in the 420, Laser or Optimist group.
It is a 2 stage form. The first form is information gathering and the second involves the payment page.

Waiver of Liability

I, (parent / guardian), wish to have (registered student(s)), participate in the Brenton Cove Racing Program. I consent to the following:
  1. A swimming check is a pre-requisite for enrollment, and I give permission for swimming under an instructor’s supervision.
  2. Coast Guard approved life jackets will be worn by the student whenever s/he is in a boat or on the floating docks.
  3. Ida Lewis Yacht Club / Sail Newport, Inc., may revoke all sailing privileges for violation of any rules or regulations, or for failure to obey an instructor.
  4. I acknowledge that sailing entails some risk, and I agree to indemnify and hold harmless Ida Lewis Yacht Club, the State of Rhode Island, Sail Newport, Inc., their officers, directors, members, affiliates, employees, sponsors, volunteers and helpers for any claims of any persons for damages or personal injury whatsoever that may be sustained or caused by the above-named student while participating in any activity of Ida Lewis Yacht Club or Sail Newport, Inc., or while using the Fort Adams State Park or Ida Lewis Yacht Club facilities.
Photographic Release:
I hereby also acknowledge that my child may be photographed while participating in Ida Lewis Yacht Club / Sail Newport Activities and/or programs; I hereby unconditionally authorize Ida Lewis Yacht Club and Sail Newport, Inc., at their sole discretion, to use any such photographs in advertising brochures, promotional flyers and any other advertising medium.
