Newport Regatta Scheduled for 2006
Sail Newport will organize this annual event with invitations out to 20 classes of One-Designs, IRC and PHRF classes. Two to three days of racing for over 300 participating boats on spectacular Narragansett Bay, premiere socials and the backdrop of Newport seaside village of restaurants, pubs, marinas and attractions are all reasons why this event is so popular.

New Classes wishing to participate and certain of meeting the twelve-boat minimum, must contact Kim Cooper or Brad Read by January to explore class participation in the 2006 event. The Newport Regatta preceeds New York Yacht Club's Race Week.
