PARENTS/GUARDIANS: Online payment Keelboat Session 5 Payment Module, walk in payment or a completed financial aid form must be received by 5PM, Monday March 14th, 2005 or your slot will be allocated to the first person on the waiting list.
ALSO: You must complete the Emergency Contact and Waiver Form to complete registration. This form should be completed as soon as practical.
